What other business in Australia, takes your order, takes your money ( full payment up front ) and then triples the delivery time ! I don’t care how good they are, it’ll be a Cat D before I ever get to shot it !
Got one 223wld and also A WFA2 in 308w both with the FABA kit. Do yourself a favor folks, save your pennies and get one. No regrets here. You get what you pay for. Very high-end quality.
Excellent Rifle. I have one and love it in 223. Just can't fault it. Put heaps of rounds through it and it just keeps working. Now I also have a WFA2 in 308w. Both with the FABA. Living the dream. Thanks Scott from Warwick. Although I didn't buy them through Warwick, their customer service is A1. Looking forward to receiving the jacketed muzzle break for my 308 .
@@azzajohnson2123 They are made in Dandenong Vic. And yes it is because of NSW appearance laws. Even with a fixed stock they are still not legal in NSW
The parent case for the 300 Blackout is actually the .221 Fireball. I started reloading them way back for my 300whisper before 300BO was a thing. To this day it’s still my favourite scrub gun hunting caliber.
They are nice but $4000 plus on an Australian made forward assist “pump action” It’s a rip off The southern cross taipan is just as accurate and reliable and it’s an ACTUAL pump action sells for $1900! I’ll be buying that rifle next month I reckon much better value for money
I had my hopes up, a lot, and I mean a lot of people taking them back die to quality issues, more than expected. You can’t go by this even for the price when you consider workmanship and quality
So I’ve been humming and hahing about getting the rifle. It annoys me to no end that if I had a cat-D licence, I could buy a Springfield Armoury M1A for the same price ( thanks John Howard you douchbag ). Looked at one of these last week, it was very nice and much lighter than I expected, but it was also over $4K 😖
@@notmkr-busta2937 yea, I’ve got a straight pull 12g, I just have the action broken, I’ve got locks for the other rifles, and a breach flag for the handgun. But who f#%king knows? You could ring LRD, I’ve done several times for other enquires.
Bolt closed mag in. Don't think there's any laws requiring chamber flags or bolts open. I always close the bolt and release the firing pin spring on a snapcap in my guns. I'm in Vic.
I don't comment or dish praise too often but that Sir was fricking awesome! I've had my eye on one of these for a while now & the pure ocd & professional manner that was undertaken during this build has sold me. Well done - great to see a local business team taking such initiative & pride in a fantastic Australian product. I take my hat off to you Sir.
