Caffein is the worst poison out there. I quit caffein and guess what ? I no longer have PMS, no longer stress, anxiety and sleep problems. I decided to quit caffein as Hail Mary, after a psych suggested I showed symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder and that I needed anti-dep + xanax like medication. Best move i've ever done. I no longer have any PMS, and my period is back to the same pattern as it was when I was a teenager. Quit this poison people !
woww... Today is a day that's almost a week+1day before my period. And I saw a 1 kilo weight gain in one day even though i didn't mess up with diet(im on journey to lose 35 kg and 30 are remaining) i woke up wih wild hunger like my head's hungry and looking at the weight gain i was crying...and by God's grace found the answer here.. I'm not worried anymore, will follow your advice..Jesus bless you❤
Okay part of my self care is totally talking about it, I do yoga often before bed, I take mental time to be patient with myself, im trying to do more work that aligns with my values and purpose as it makes me feel fulfilled
With my PMDD it definitely is the anxiety & panic attacks for me because it literally makes me feel like I’m going crazy, then my cortisol gets high and I get adrenaline dumps and uncontrollably cry 😬
My breast hurts so much before and sometimes during my period,i have a size dd breast and i feel like dolly Parton on these days ,so huge and heavy ,not mention my bad mood .,,i am really ,a danger to society during this time 😂😂😂😂😂..
Hm, but if caffeine rise blood sugar why doesn’t my glucose monitor show that? As far as I know caffeine only raises blood sugar in some individuals, a minority and far from all. Thank you, this video made me feel motivated trying to cut off caffeine for my pms. Even though I don’t like it, since green tea (but also coffee and black tea) is what soothes me at a job I hate…
You’re so welcome. 💖 To answer your question - the effect of caffeine on blood sugar isn’t immediate. If someone doesn’t eat and just drinks coffee, their blood sugar will rise as cortisol drops. Hope that helps! 🫶
Thanks for the great video. Could you clarify which phase you’re talking about when you say “phase 1” because different people refer to them differently. Or did you mean different stages/phases within specifically the luteal phase?

i suffer from insomnia in the 3th or 4th day in my period and it lasts for 7 to 10 days . and it the worst thing i cant live normaly . please tell me what to do i want to do the hormones analysis wich time is the best time is it the first day for insomnia ? i went to two doctors but they dont know nothing .. i've read and search and i found that sleep is related to hormones . guid me please . thank you so much may god bless you

Hi beauty! Thank you so much for this amazing reminder that I personally struggle with during my health journey. I am still suffering with amenorrhea and I struggle with forcing myself to eat more to try to fuel my body with loads of food to make my period come back but also reversing chronic inflammation and IBS that gets worse with the over eating sometimes. I truly struggle with finding balance. I only eat « non processed » organic vegetables, meats proteins and fruits (cheese too lol, love cheese) with a few carbs but I am shit at understanding quantities and always end up hurting myself ! I would love more videos on the topic of balance, properly fueling with food as a woman and learning to listen to the body to understand what it needs ! Continue being a bomb 🫶🏻
Clara! 💖 I hear you. I had IBS when I started healing my relationship with food and my gut…on top of SIBO. Remember that finding balance happens over time. There is a reason that alcoholics who have been sober for years still refer to themselves as alcoholics, right - we are always in the process of recovery, of self kindness and of exploration on our own personal journey. I’d recommend finding a peaceful place (in your mind / environment) when you eat. There is ample research that associates food intolerance / IBS and our mental state. This video was such amazing content Thankyou. I’m wondering about the vitamin C foods you mentioned that help us absorb iron through our menstrual phase. I’ve recently started eating in according with my cycle and notice a huge difference but still learning and picking things up. I have read to avoid eating anything raw during the menstrual phase and this threw me as you said to eat the foods containing vitamin c raw with no heat to avoid losing the source of vitamin need (which makes so much sense) but goes against the concept of sticking to all warm foods during menstrual phase. I wondered what your personal advice was on this. Thankyou 🫶🏽
Hi there! Thank you for your question. It’s a great one. 💖Raw foods rich in vitamin C can include sweet bell peppers, lemon juice, parsley and strawberries (for example). Much of those foods, you wouldn’t eat warm anyway! 😜 Cycle syncing has a lot of “rules”, but when you understand the science and your own physiology’s response you can make more informed decisions! 🎉 Let me know if you’d like access to my cyclical grocery list that can help you even have more clarity in achieving hormone balance! 🫶🏽

So good! Thank you! This randomly popped up on my page and I’m so glad! I started researching about cycles more and cycle syncing especially with food. Also, noticed the past couple months my periods have been worse, especially when it comes to cramps and thinking back I am taking in way more caffeine (coffee a day) in my life than I used to (2-3 days a week). We also are ttc so trying to help support my body the best I can right now! Will have to try this out, thank you!

Hi! That probably wouldn’t make a difference because of the main actors with breast tenderness are the kidneys (water balance) and liver detox (estrogen balance). 💖
This has thrown me off 3 times now trying to lose weight. I'm obese and trying to get to healthy weight, and at this week I gain weight and slip one day (I ate on my diet all week but yesterday slipped and ate extra almonds and apples) and gained 2 pounds this week and am so discouraged after losing 4 pounds a week for 3 weeks. Every time I give up, but not this time. I wish this was more widely known so that women would know that.
I totally understand! This happens to a lot of women who are on a weight loss journey. The uterus doubles in volume the week before your period too! Give yourself grace and compassion and stay on track, just like you are 😉 . 💖💖💖 Glad you found this video.
I am male and highly empathetic. Additionally, I am a Libra. For my well-being, I need peace and inner balance. Women on PMS are pretty much the worst thing I can imagine. Whether in relationships or at work, I haven't found a way to deal with these mood swings and sometimes personality changes.
