I wish they would have used this type of copper piping in air conditioning systems and vehicles versus aluminum? This would have been more efficient and only required to have the actual areas where these are bolted together at the dryer or at the compressor or at the evaporator or condenser exclamation point, having oil in refrigerant to keep the O-ring soft and pliable and an Asus system is not required where the copper tubing is bonded together versus Bolta together this would have made air conditioning systems and vehicles much more reliable and last a lot longer verses how they were designed these problems seem not to be present in refrigeration unit such as refrigerators and commercial air conditioning such as they happen to be in vehicles with systems that can be disassembled or unbolted just like a house air conditioning system they have these fittings that are used at the air conditioning compressor and they can attach a pump and freon to the unit to add freon or to bring the compressor online and block the other side and store all the refrigerant in the compressor side before working on the system and I want evaporator or condenser is replaced when they can bring a vacuum on the system and reconnect it back together allowing the system to go ahead and continue to operate, the same should apply for vehicle air conditioning systems
@@Vistmac1988 no you wound the rod into a thread but you need a locking nut on that thread to do up against where it is inserted to stop it being able to undo itself during the collet rotation there should be one behind the mandrel aswell to lock it up every mandrel bender machine i have seen or setup and operated has them
