Hello Sir, do you have all the Belt Requirements laid out like what you teach for each Belt in order to pass to the next Belt. I am a 3rd Degree in WT Taekwondo and up for my 4th and never owned my own school but considering it now and want to start working on my Schools Syllabus I know ITF is a little different but have a lot of the same moves at the same belt ranks I know all the forms stances blocks punches kicks foot maneuvers and Terminology just get confused on when to teach each for each belt requirements. Every school is different Example: Here is my White Belt Requirements minus the warm up and terminology and history ect.. I am looking for all Belt Requirements to compare against mine so I can clean up mine a bit., since I have never owned my own school before I am trying to compare to other instructors. Feel free to email PDFs if you do not mine sharing you do not have to post here if you do not want too. Omegah97@gmail.com Thank you either way Sir. White Belt Requirements Stances Attention Stance Horse Stance Ready Stance Walking Stance Front/Forward/Long Stance Back Stance Bow (While in an Attention Stance) Blocking Upper Block Lower Block Inner Block Outside Block Guarding Block ? Punches (from Horse stance) Single Punch Double Punch Triple Punches Kicks Front Kick Round House Kick Crescent Kicks (Inside/Ouside) Half Turning Kick • NO SPARRING FOR THIS BELT Form Kibon One

It is a well established fact that stretching prior to exercise does not reduce injury but actually detracts from your performance. Warming up is essential, stretching prior to exercise is not. Stretching post exercise is very important however.
I'm gonna use this as my reference since I got involve in something I'm not willing to do they ask me to participate in teakwondo completion without my consent and I only got 12 days to prepare I'm not looking to win the game but I rather do my best than risk getting my career demoted
I am thinking of starting Taekwondo. I have a very silly question: is this a martial art for anybody? I am not a very masculine guy, I mean, I cannot imagine myself doing these though moves and kicks. At the same time I really would like to learn a martial art in order to protect myself and learn more discipline. Sorry, if my question was a bit ignorant. :-)
