To be an American Scouser is not about being American - many of our members originally hail from other countries. It is more of an honorary title to be called a Scouser… we aim to be not just another generic site rooting for a team. We aspire to make our readers and viewers feel more connected to the club on a deeper level than pure sport. We aim to embody that Scouser spirit of passion for one’s city and team. ”We want to be the spot for everybody with a Scouse soul.” -Klopp, 07 July 2020
We have all been fans of other sports teams but there is something different about being a Liverpool supporter.
This is the spirit we wanted to evoke when thinking of an American Scouser. We crave to create that community and feeling of being an LFC fan in the United States with other supporters.
I’d love him on the squad actually, but realistically, we’d probably have to ship Diaz or even Salah out. I’m partial to him directly replacing Diaz but Salah is another story. Think I’ll give it until next year for when we truly go for him…
This is either us looking to bring in a player last minute like we did Gravenberch last year, or the club is content with the midfield options we have that can play the double pivot. Honestly don't know what to feel about either option, as both aren't ideal...
As great a fact that is we made even more finals. So literally could have been 6 or 7 additional trophies during Klopp's tenure. Let's hope it doesn't take Arne long to get his first (couple)!
He will be prepared but every day he gets to work with the players will only make their understanding of what he is asking of them to do easier for both sides. Up the Arne Slot era!
Pressing seems a bit more controlled and I felt the line was similar and VVD will most likely organize higher up the pitch than a back two of SVB & Quansah
Our fans just gotta get use to the passing out from the back this is his style. I don’t want him doing a Ten Hag and going away from what got him this job. And I’m not having that the preseason ain’t important for Arsenal if you wanna beat City to a title you need to start off fast and they look off it and they have a tough start.
Great win. 70 minutes of hard work and then the kids held them off . There energy was electric. Swarming the ball. Even started attacking in the last 10-15 mins.
Father time is still undefeated...Other than when it comes to Ronaldo, who probably has photos of him cheating on Mother Earth or something! Guy should have aged by now!
He has a chance, the question is what will he do with it? I hope he stays and fights for a place but if he can't compete with Quansah then he should leave.
Playing in the 90 degree heat in front of quiet fans with all the air miles is never good. Couple that with a new manager and half the big boys not included I'm expecting a slow start to the year.
