This is not new, I have one a guy use to make back in the 80's it was even better design than that. I still have it. This is a Copy of that one form back then. The Company was Inspirational Products, and he is using it upside down, Works much better with the handle facing up.
Great stuff Chris! If you like the handle facing up, all you have to do is cut the ROBOHANDLE® into two pieces. Then you can install the ring part, and pistol grip handle anyway you want on your landing net. Also you don't need tool to attach the ROBOHANDLE® on your net. It will snap fit to any size tool pole, and you use the butterfly handle hose clamps that comes with the ROBOHANDLE® to secure it. With some lighter landing nets, you can have your landing net sitting upside down with ROBOHANDLE®. The support ring pivots anyway you want so you can hang all your landing nets on any size hooks. The support ring has a ball joint. You can also use the pistol grip to hang all your landing nets on any ledges. You don't have to put your landing net on the floor or lean it against the wall anymore. The flexibility is unlimited, and virtually indestructible. However, you are a smart man to use the one that you have. You understand the advantage of having the leverage on your landing net. Strange that the pros don't seem to know about this. They seem to struggle using their fishing pole and a landing net at the same time. That is why this is always a two men job as you know. With ROBOHANDLE®, this is now a one man job.
