Banana Bread Recipe 140g softened butter (plus extra for the pan) 140g caster sugar 2 large eggs 140g self-raising flour 1 tsp baking powder (1/2 tsp vanilla extract - optional) 2 very ripe bananas, mashed 50g icing sugar Optional - Add additions of your choice Heat oven to 356 degrees /180 celsius STEP 2 Butter a 2lb loaf pan and line the base and sides with baking parchment. STEP 3 Cream 140g softened butter and 140g caster sugar until light and fluffy, then slowly add 2 beaten large eggs with a little of the 140g flour. STEP 4 Fold in the remaining flour, 1 tsp baking powder, vanilla extract and 2 mashed bananas. STEP 5 Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for about 55 mins, or until cooked through. Check the loaf at 5-min intervals from around 40-50 mins in the oven by testing it with a skewer (it should be able to be inserted and removed cleanly), as the time may vary depending on the shape of your loaf pan
It's funny you're making the comparison with people from the UK because here in Europe (I'm from The Netherlands) the population in the UK is considered fat/obese.
So for my meats, I usually put them in ziploc freezer bags, and for my actual meals I put them in glass meal prep containers and freeze them. Then I defrost them the night before.
I don't get why you kept stating your hair has not puffed up "YET". 😮😮😮 As if you were waiting on it to PUFF UP, why?!?!? I appreciate you sharing your experience. I plan to try this product too.
Thank you for watching! 🥰 During my first appointment, she didn't set the product in my hair so it puffed up by the time I got home. So when I went back a week later to reapply the product I was glad it stayed straight.

So far, I’ve gotten them once a year around December(2021 & 2023) and it lasts me about 6 months. You can do it 2-3x a year but you may lose your curl pattern.
The reason your hair reverted is because she didn’t do enough passes with the flat iron while the treatment was in your hair. The product is activated by HEAT and depending on your texture/density you may need more passes in order to achieve the sleek results. People need to realize this system is not a relaxer/perm/texlax treatment nor is it designed to loosen your curl pattern. The loosening of the curl pattern is just a mere side effect of the chemical treatment. But it’s not a relaxer, it’s a smoothing treatment designed to tame frizz and create a smoother hair cuticle. Doing a second round of the treatment the next day is dangerous. I hope your hair survived all that.

I immediately followed because this relataes so hard to me I started at 330lbs in march of 2020 and I’m down to 233 lbs now it’s crazy to see myself in size 14 jeans and a large shirt and it fit and I can still breath in it now granted I still got a stomach but shapewear does wonders I do struggle with body dysmorphia like Dang I really lost a whole person in weight I’m trying to stay on it to lose anoyrt 33lbs but congratulations 🎊🎈
