Mid term rentals are making sense in areas that are banning short-term or less than 30 day rentals. I would just make sure to do rental comps as due diligence in the area you are purchasing. Should in case you need to do a 1 year lease an need to cover your mortgage payment.

Your channel and videos are not optimized appropriately, they may not appear in search results or suggested videos. That's why you have no Rank Tags. You are not using Eye-Catching Thumbnails. Also, your video is not being correctly promoted on other social media. If you can solve those problems correctly you will get lots of organic traffic and engagement day by day on your RU-vid videos. It's not really hard money. Hard money usually have a lien position. As far as I am aware, Nectar does not hold a lien position. This is similar to business funding.
