Knew about this song and how good it was before I even reached this part in the game. The only crime is that I felt I could never hear it clearly enough.
Easily my favorite track from the game, the one I caught myself humming and thinking about long after I'd put down the controller. I just read the TechRadar piece on the soundtrack and learning that the song was born from Highway 16 felt like a gut punch. I know that feeling of growing up privileged, next door to tragedy with no clue, and it's such a mix of gratitude and grief looking back on it. Your song is really remarkable, thanks for putting it out there.
at first listening, i didnt think it was something special, but listening a few times more, it shows its, cant say really master-class, but, its something that builds on you, so i rate it the song out of itself out of 10
So I just got Wandersong and saw on the credits that A Shell in the Pit did the soundtrack. I was like... Omg. A quick Google search confirmed - ASitP did one of my favorite video game songs I've ever heard. I'm so excited for Wandersong now and going to search out more music from this band!
Seeing Miriam at the front of the choir never fails to make me want to do a backflip out of excitement. When a "Everyone you've met joins you for the finale" ending is done well, it feels SO GOOD. Wandersong is easily one of the best examples of such an ending. One of the very few pieces of media out there I truly wish I could experience for the first time again. Best Christmas purchase ever.
My third favorite part of the game after Miriam in The Crater and the Wandersong itself. This entire chapter, I feel like, represents everything about the game greater than anything else, aside from the Wandersong itself.
Very few games have pulled me in this hard. The soundtrack matching the time it's set in definitely helps. I love working in the autoshop listening to the music available. Great game
I litterly watching a stream not knowing what this game is about, i heared that song at the beginning and instantly bought it, so hard did catch me this song, i f***ing love it!
Listening to this driving down an abandoned road in the rain at night in an old worn down station wagon that literally defines if I live or die is truly one of the most atmospheric things I could possibly think of
I freaking love this track gives me goosebombs everytime <3 Can you please upload only the track without singing would absolute love it to hear both! <3
Saving the world is not the job of just one person, it's simply too massive of an undertaking. But, if everyone worked together? Yeah... maybe something like that would be possible after all...
It ain't no Berserk... ...but fighting a corrupt destiny and defying the villain masquerading as the hero? They share the same story beats, and that is ALWAYS a W.
This is such a beautiful song. The immediate pull it had on me. Sucked me into the game, and completely set the tone of my experience to come. Chilling.
