As a lifelong educator, living, learning and teaching have and will always be important. In retirement, life changed when my son's first child was born a MICROPREEMIE at 23 weeks weighing in at 1 pound and 4 ounce. We are in Kentucky and so this little man is listed as KYColton or just Colton here on my You Tube channel. Colton was in the NICU for 172 days and came home on oxygen and with a heart monitor. Colton lives with BLINDNESS and CEREBRAL PALSY, is a miracle in our lives and the happiest boy you can meet. As the GRANDMOTHER of thirteen wonderful grandchildren I have many opportunities to gather and share videos about real life. We now have another MICROOPREEMIE, LINKN CHANCE; he weighed only 13 ounces! Check out his life too. I have recorded older members of our family to build ANCESTRY LINKS of our FAMILY through the GENERATIONS. As a retired educator from NASA, I like to share stories to keep them alive and to educate others who can learn from our experiences.
I think I am related to you from WAY WAY WAY back. I am a Crouch from KY. Traced my lineage of Crouches from Washington co KY, Lexington/paris KY, to Tygart Valley Virginia who was 1 of 11 families who found that town before migrating to KY. 3 crouch brothers came here from West Sussex England in the 1740s.
What is your ancestry name? I am Sue Williams on ancestry. My tree is the Williams Linderman Family Tree. Can you get to it to see? I do know lots of Killetts having been searching fir Mahala’s husband Amma Killett and have finally found a bit.
I am a Crouch and tracked my lineage of Crouches back from 1740, where 3 Crouch brothers came from England and went and started Tygart Valley WV before coming to Kentucky.

Beautiful and he/she is eating real good. Father I thank you that their are still good and upstanding father in the 🌎. I love to see a man stand by his family's. GOD BLESS all good father.
He' s so small I cannot tell if he is actually taking any, there's no sucking or swallowing? Is this the way it is with the tiny ones? My granddaughter is expecting the end of next month and she is so small at age 22 we are worried hers will be a preemie. I'm watching videos to study up.
The tube in his nose is to feed him if he's too weak to suckle. We place a feeding tube in premies with each feeding, and never leave the tube in when not in use.
so tiny, so new, do early - would not have to work for nutrition in mommy’s belly. feeding newborn premies is a difficult job requiring a lot of patience.
Does that nurse have to be there, staring, making comments? The father isn't a fool! That's a private moment, a bonding moment, he doesn't need a cheering section! Geez!
This little guy is graduating from Kindergarten this year, 2018! He came at 32 weeks as soon here and was in NICU only 28 days. He has thrived! He only needed s little extra time to grow and is tall and handsome now for a 6 yr old!
