the absolut counters the devel. and they are both in R class. Other cars have a chance. They nerfed the devel so much because it was too op but they lost the trust of the playerbase. They could have done what a9c did
The Fast Lane Update had got me into depression. I hated that update and this game because of two reasons 1) Mastery races cannot be replayed which was very IRRITATING and DEPRESSING. 2) The pro kits were expensive to buy ( I dont know if that was a glitch or not)
