Howl Of A Dog is a nonprofit animal rescue organization - www.HowlOfADog.org. Our commitment is to rescue abandoned, homeless, neglected and abused dogs (and other animals) from the streets or from local kill-shelters and to find them suitable loving forever homes. At the same time, our efforts aim to build a more compassionate and responsible society, develop education programs for the young generations and support neutering/spaying campaigns in order to reduce dog overpopulation in Romania.
