I had the same 480/ 280 comp cam in my 91 Chevy truck. Everyone thought it was a 4x4 454ss truck. 🤷🏼♂️ Nope just a built 350, but it did beat a couple 454ss. Geeze that was 19 years ago right out of high school🤦♂️
@@SmallTownBuilds use a line lock to aid your burnout or just load it against the converter and then let go of the brake and punch the go pedal, she will spin, holding the brake while trying to spin the tires is tough on parts
@@1972novabillyeah that was just for the video the car has a 3000 stall converter it will spin with no effort at all just by punching the accelerator check out the video before this one and you will see what I mean it’s the same car it use to be red.
Many people don't understand the process and labor of straight panels.This makes or breaks a finish.No sense of using thousands in the best materials with a wavy finish.👍

Looking like show room quality material! The trunk on the 72 looks immaculate and imagine that would fetch some pretty good money for that amount of work. Are we only gonna see Novas or this just what you happen to be working on now?
Yeah when you were painting it, I thot hmmm bland color. But out in the daylight I fell in love with it and it's not a overdone look. You have done an amazing job for sure, very thorough!!!
Looks great! I am looking forward to the '69 Nova. My parents had a blue one. I remember as a little one, the GM seatbelt buckle. Sadly it was totaled when my dad was in an accident. Watching your videos and Shop209's videos, i am trying to figure if i can find one like what my parents had. And afford it. 🙂 One can dream, right?

If I had an awesome work space like that I would probably be a bit more motivated to get stuff done too. Nova looks really good, not the color I would of picked but it turned out amazing.😎👍
