392 is the sweet spot, plenty of street able power, and still competitive on the street and the dragstrip. The HP 70 ZF 8 speed is my choice, though the manuals are super fun.

Audi having some RS7 models with the generic and basic front seats from the regular A6 & A7 was a real injustice for the whole idea of an RS7. What decision makers decided that was a good idea.
I definitely favor the one that feels more effortless which is the GTI. BTW, I own a MK 7 Golf R that is APR Stage 2 tuned (over 400 FT LBS TQ) so I know a thing or two about power.
