The anticipation is the worst thing. The actual experience is great! And you won't remember it honestly 'cause it doesn't relate to your day to day experience. Even just one experience has long-term therapeutic effects. You just have to trust the environment, your guide and the drug itself and just relax let go and that's it. Simple. The experience itself felt great. At least the later part that I remember. But even the stuff i. Don't remember i was still conscious in a way throughout that time. You experience boundless love... As cheesy as it sounds 🤪 Then later you forget about that boundless live and you're your old nazi self again. Sort of but gradually less so as you "integrate" the experience in your life slowly as days go by.

Men’s Mental Health Month. Nobody wants to discuss this awkward, literally ‘life/survival’ conversation. The facts don’t fit many people misinformed narratives. Social Media / Big Tech (countless examples) actively & insidiously de-amplify, demonetize, censor & silence this topic. Therefore Complicit. Morally Bereft. If 600,000 (I’ll say that again 6 0 0, 0 0 0) of any other grouping in society was ending themselves annually, we’d ask ‘How must we change society?! Our society's complete lack of empathy is so apparent for boys/Men. This cohort are failing on record levels, it’s been coming for decades. Yet the prevailing attitude/response remains, callous indifference and neglect to outright abuse, should you even dare to even raise the topic. Men/boys that struggle are blamed/shamed/guilted; ‘You’re the problem, do better. Be accountable’. The Hypocrisy is literally fatal. Also you can’t be ‘accountable’ for things outside your control. 1/5 men take their life’s due to the UK family court system. A sick & blatant disregard for human life. But it’s only Men, so who cares. Men lose. Women lose. Family lose. We all lose. Be open for a real & honest conversation. You mightn’t want to hear it but the live you save could be a friend, father, son, uncle, cousin, nephew.
