Lmao, people always trying to say black kids can't get lice... I could've told you that was a lie when I was in elementary school, I saw five or six young girls and boys pulled out of school because of head lice, and they weren't allowed to come back until the nurse checked them and saw they were clean. Mfs out there spreading lies and bullshit myths. Black kids can, and do, get lice just as much as anyone else.
My 15 month old has lice. Just found a bug crawling in her hair today and those white specs. We’re black and I’m freaking out. Her texture of hair is closer to her dad’s, more curly than kinky like mine. Off to buy stuff to get rid of this mess. She had to have gotten it from daycare. She only goes twice a week and for half a day at that.
