Quickest way to improve is to play 1s because every time u make a mistake, it's a goal so it'll show you what you need to work on. if it's mechanics like aerials or dribbles find a training pack that focuses on them. if its mental stuff like bad kickoffs, challenges, boost management etc. then just keep practicing in 1s and dont worry about ur rank. If you can't figure out what you need to improve try to watch your replays, hind sight is 20/20
