That Piaget Polo 79 is beautiful.. The chunky squared edges with a round dial is an amazing design. The 200g of brushed gold.. I'd say others should search for more photos online, he even mentions Hodinkee's review.. 👍 (except the 2 stock photos he shows over and over again here.. in same type of lighting 🙄) esp. ones in different lighting setups, daylight, etc. (like he seems to have no problem doing with the AP 12:24) Polo 79 looks awesome.
I think the 38mm Hamilton Khaki Automatic on bracelet is a stellar HS grad gift. It’s sporty enough to do it all. The black dial and styling is dressy enough to pass formally. It’s a perfect all rounder for a young adult.
I always thought that it was interesting that FBI Agent Harris wears a Timex Indiglo. No glamour, money or flash of crime. Just an inexpensive, utilitarian timepiece that's solid and gets the job done.

I agree. Happy to see them back. I had been years since i looked there way. Last year with the release of the Glassbox i had to get one. I have had for over 1year now. For me it was an excellent addition. Revers Panda. May add my first Tag was a about 27 years ago a Kirium quartz that still ticks like new.
i will be honest i think kts partially true because people have knowledge of watched now days also they buy used watched for cheap. i already have 6 watches and im a college student. the 7th will be seiko skx023 very rare and mido commander:D
If this watch is tacky then all the small wristed men wearing 41mm gold submariners are tacky as well. This watch is not tacky it's just too big for most people.
Sharp tongue for an event that is clearly built on pageantry and exaggerated aesthetics. Time like this is when an opposing view like Michael is really appreciated. You’re too busy bashing with no comic relief which just makes you come off as an a hole. Then there was no real focus on the watches, I couldn’t even see the watches in most these shots

It’s beautiful but the most basic one is $13k and it’s not close to being worth that much. 5k would have been a reasonable price, for the stainless steel no date one.
cartier have a lot of diferent design,not like other brand who always have the same,you can find pasha cartier in secondary market for only 2500$,gmt or big date and its a very good watch,cartier ronde solo for 3000,in a world were any new luxury watch cost 6000$ for the more cheap,its realy interesting and this cartier are very underated buy very nice on the wrist,😊
As someone who bought my first Rolex in high school and received one for graduation. I would NOT buy your kid one for graduation. If your kid is into watches let him save up and get a Rolex on his own, it will be a sweet victory. Buying my first Rolex was a huge accomplishment for me and receiving things without working for them is unsatisfying.
In Toronto canada I buy a super super clone I bring it to a rolex expert he say it was real rolex . Unbelievable. Your super clone look just like mine. You a expert but a regular person like me will never know. Imagine on mamacoo
