So you just admitted you received money for the car and from whom. You admitted that the car was given to that girl because she was under the impression the car was paid for. You never said that you gave Melony the money for her car from the sale. Of course she had to report it stolen if she still owed payments on it. Had you kept your mouth shut, you would’ve forced the prosecution to explain how the car went from one woman to another and what any of that had to do with you. Without you explaining all of thee connections you have to all of these random people, none of this makes sense. You explained the connections by incriminating yourself. You could’ve beaten some of these charges with your silence because for the life of me, it doesn’t make sense that any of these high wealth people would want anything to do with you.

So why would you say Erica was your lawyer? Because as a career criminal, you knew you had a right to talk to an attorney, but not a co-conspirator. If you called her a friend instead of your atterny, they wouldn’t give you the number. You said she was your attorney so that you could keep the lines of communication open with the other criminal with whom you worked. You wanted to continue to conspire to crimes even after you were arrested. See how easy it is to use your words against you? That’s why the best legal strategy is to exercise your right to remain silent. They no longer have to prove that you knew each other because you said so on this phone call. You’re doing their work for them 😂
It would’ve been really interesting to have watched one of his family members talk about what he did and ask him what’s it like to be locked up and knowing he will be for life.
