I have black, white, copper and red wires in my ceiling box and I have black, white, and copper in the fan kit. What do I do with the red wire from ceiling?
a. Connect the black live wire marked "L" on the receiver to the live wire (typically black) on the socket box. b. Connect the white neutral wire marked "N" on the receiver to the neutral wire (typically white) on the socket box. c. Connect the ground wire (bare wire) from the base of the ceiling base with the ground wire (bare wire) of the socket box.

Installed this as instructed, fan works, but light will not turn on. Is it faulty? Or am I not operating the remote correctly. When turning light on and off with remote there is a clicking noise that id usually associate with normal operation. Please help

The golden screws are expansion screws. If your home ceiling is made of concrete, use this expansion screw to install it; if not, then you don't need this screw.
Ok, so for anyone who went through the manual and is having an issue pairing the app, what fixed it for me was a video on the Amazon listing: The instructions say to "turn the light off" implying the remote but you actually need to turn them off via the WALL LIGHT SWITCH for a few seconds and once you switch it back to on, you'll hear a beep showing that it's in pairing and then you press the pair button on the app and you'll hear another beep to let you know they're connected. You only have a few seconds to pair them so make sure to have the app open and ready once you flip the switch back to on.
Suggestions on how to successfully pair the fan with the app? No matter what I press or for how long I can’t get the remote to sync with the Bluetooth, or the fan to Bluetooth, or anything.
After turning off the main power of the fan light, then turning it back on, tap the "PairCode" button on the APP multiple times within 5 seconds. When you hear a beep, pairing is successful.
My ceiling has a white (nuetral) copper (i assume ground) and black wire as well as a red one, the light only has white, copper and black, no red one. Im no electrician, but do you not just match w - w c - c and b - b ? And leave the red wire hanging
@@KumaStyle because I didn’t figured out weeks later and forgot I even made the comment. At least I made sure I let you know but maybe next time you should do better and read manual like I did.
Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone, open the APP, turn off the wall switch of the fan light, and then turn on the wall switch again. Within 5 seconds of the light turning on, click the pairing button on the APP. You will hear a ticking tone, indicating that the pairing is successful.

@@LIGHTING0717 Thank you. I think the design of the bracket can be improved; screws, alone, are insufficient to hold the module reliably to the ceiling. Good product though. I like mine very much.
I just purchased this fan and I see that the fan is light but can the four screws hold this on a drywall ceiling? The instructions suggest using one type of screw for wood ceiling and another type of screw for a concrete ceiling but there is no suggestion about drywall ceiling. Advice?
