I’d argue that Steph aligns his palm and not his elbow. You can tell because the ball sits slightly towards the center of his body in relation to his elbow.
Kind of nice. But why would I ever move as an experienced defender if you are jabbing with the front foot after you have crossed the ball all the way back to the other hand? The counter moves are the best moves.
