Playthroughs, walkthroughs, tip and tricks, general confusion and muck-ups. I make all the mistakes so you don't have to!
Focusing on open world, strategy, tactical and role playing games generally ported over to PS from PC. I have limited time so videos are posted on an as-and-when basis. Broadcasts may be upcoming and I will post on the channel if they are happening.
The channel is for casual fun, questions, lessons, knowledge sharing and feedback so check the trolls at the door, grab a drink, sit back and enjoy some other mug making plain stoopid mistakes so you can get through your game smarter!!!
You are not telling how you get to each of these menu's. All the tutorials I have found are for the PC version and are not much help for the PS5 version. Since you are not bothering to tell me how you get around to the many different screens and menu's, you are not much help. I'll be moving on now.
Two things I think: 1) you are jumping in quite late to the piece. You should check out my Beginnings Videos first, that might shed some light; and 2) did you do the tutorial campaign - it helps a bit. Otherwise - what re you looking for in particular?
@@LongJohnSilver_PS5 Actually, I'm starting to figure it out. I now know how to build all the building types, I think. I've figured out how to get my ship around to other islands and have even figured out how to get someone to trade goods with me. That was kinda tough, as I had to do a bunch of quests for them before they would trade with me. So all and all, I'm getting it, just slow going. Most importantly, i'm turning a tidy profit and my peeps are happy.
They don't 'open' in the same way that say a drum opens. Just put it on the ground and open your inventory HUD next to it and you will see what's in it. If you put it in your inventory e.g. backpack - you won't see what's in it. Same with car, but you will see it in a truck - Special case.
@@LongJohnSilver_PS5 bizarre this wasn't the video I put this comment on, the one of did was a dayz facts short where the guy claimed that whole chickens don't rott, I don't know why it was put here
I think you are asking why didn't I put barde wire at the bottom? It's a pain on doors cos you tend to get cut trying to open the gate. Good on fences though. I did say, if you are short of metal just stick it to the bottom cos it can handle slightly more damage and prevents people crawling under the fences. If it breaks on top doesn't matter, its not easy to jump a fence in a house.
What a great way to start the weekend! LJS video while sipping my coffee! OMG I just want to run when I hear the airstrike! Lol... Clearly you're in a safe zone! Phew!
Last night I killed a guy almost right where you're standing at the beginning. 0:23 I was sneaking around the engineering building, going towards the stairs, and a dude came trotting around the corner without a care in the world. Luckily I had my LAR in my hands and was able to get the first shots on target. He hit me too and I woke up and finished him off while he was on his knees picking up his gun. We were both solos so after I healed and made sure he didn't have a partner I was able to loot up and get back to my base safely. This game is so fun.
Sure thing - but if all your fences are too close they will all be taken out with one round of explosives (check WOBO). You want a bit of space between fence panels to maximise defence.
Another super episode - looking forward to the next one 👏🏻👏🏻 ps - try the defensive force field. I have used them in the past and they work really well to hold back the swarms of bugs
Loving this series. Went back and binge watched the previous 2. I enjoy your style of recapping every few days so we don’t have to watch all the grind. Keep them coming 👍🏻
After 18 months playing nothing but fallout 4, I would have ABSOLUTELY tried to disarm a mine/trap in dayz You just saved my life in the first 2 mins of the vid lol
@@LongJohnSilver_PS5 I have always loved beaches, but there are only so many trips to the coast that you can do before your calm nature turns hostile ;) lol
