Hello Mr.Abdul Moid Khan, thank you very much for informative video. I try to apply the model in my research and I have followed the instructions that you said on this video. I got the results but have difficulties on interpretation what they mean. and I did not understand how you got weights?
I have taken weights as 0.25 directly for the sake of simplicity. There are numerous methods of calculating weights like CRITIC, ENTROPY METHOD, STANDARD DEVIATION. For calculation of weights you can refer the following research paper www.ajol.info/index.php/jasem/article/view/189641/178866 Coming to the interpretation part, since there are several factors which make it complex to decide best possible option hence we are using this MCDM method and the rank is given in descending order in the last which shows as Rank 1 best possible option followed by Rank 2 and so on. Moreover I recommend you to go through some other papers on weight calculation.

@@elvinnasibov5934 suppose you have two criterions while buying a car i.e Mileage and Maintenance Cost. So under this condition for mileage you will go for higher the better because under each condition we want higher mileage contrary to this we want to jave lower maintenance cost leading to lower the better

Yes this method can be used to find out best possible strategy. As you said you need to define criteria and then calculate weights (like CRITIC and other methods). You can go either for Grey relational method, TOPSIS, WASPAS. Whichever you prefer.
