I dont know whats new This law already existed The cases of Consent but under false promise of marrage In court accused had to prove 1. No misconseption of fact 2. Consent , not forced. Now things remain the same Accused have to prove there was NO DECITFUL menas I dont know why u said in the video in past false pretext of marrgae case of 376(2n) used to faught on consent that not true 😅 Accused have to show 1. Yes please clarify it advocate jee . during relllationship neither man nor the wMan is sure about marrage & no one knows da relationship will end up in marriage or not in future ;so we man have to protect ourselves in da relationship so that we man don’t go to prission nor get forced to marrry if we r not compatible or sshe comes out to be abbbusive or ccheater. Main thing we can’t make any promise from now on if she agrees to be in no strings attached relationship only then we can have a relationship & at the end if shhe is ready & man also becomes sure then marrying is easy but if promise has been given once then no other option left for man in da relationship.
