best way to train pronation is with isometric, doing sidepressure with pronation wrap around the thumb, if u dont want to work also on sidepressure, then just lock the arm with other arm or put the belt around, dynamic pronation exercises are good only for growing the pronator so when u doing isometric exercises, its faster to improve the static pronation and less risk of injurry and is good for recovery
