Hello everyone! My name is Im Soon. I want to share my traditional Korean recipes that have brought joy to my family and loved ones over the last few decades. Though I may not be a professional, I hope that my content can be of use to you. I wish you all health and happiness!
Japchae and kimbap was always packed in my luchbox during my school days. I remember the school asking my omma not to pack too much fish in my lunch since the other children were complaining
@@55hivealive3I see. I am heartbroken by your story. When I was raising my children here in the U.S., I would make them lunch in Korean food as I liked. I was a little worried at times, but I was grateful that they adapted well. Now, I think Korean culture is well known in this country, so people's perceptions have changed compared to the past.
My omma was from Busan and she used to give our local butcher fits about how meat is cut in America. I fondly remember her freezing the beef for bulgogi and cutting it wafer thin using her brute strength. Gailbi was one of our favorites growing up, I remember nit being able to get enough of it, and omma telling me she thinks I'm not gonna get anything else out of that poor rib after sucking on the bones...
i love u thank u for being a lovely youtuber and i love how you treat the cockatiel as a baby it was so cute i loved watching this video ❤❤❤❤😘😘💕💕💕💕(❁´◡`❁)
If you can't find salted shrimp, you can just eat it with salt and pepper mixed with sesame oil. And if you have kimchi, you can wrap it with just kimchi.

i just found out about this recipe and it seems to be delicious, i wanna try it but i thought milk and watermelon shouldn't be mixed since it can cause stomach problems! :cc doesn't eating subak hwachae gives stomach aches? i'm asking this in a good way since i'm genuinely curious and interested!!
It's hard to say anything because each person has different symptoms in any food. However, none of the people who ate my own watermelon punch had a stomachache.
Interesting that there is ground coffee in this Bossam recipe. But I wonder if the pork (when eaten by itself and not with all the other wrap ingredients) had a noticeable coffee flavor or not really? I also assume that the coffee gave the pork a slightly darker color?
It was my mom's way of putting coffee in my recipe a long time ago. The reason why I put coffee is from pork, and it doesn't smell like coffee. It's just that pork doesn't make me smell bad, and bossam comes in a more delicious color.
Hello? You were wondering how I am. Thank you very much. I was having a very busy time. I'm a little old, but I'm studying for a master's degree. So it wasn't easy to make time. It will be a bit slow in the future, but I will continue my food channel. Thank you again for always watching my RU-vid channel with interest. I hope you are always happy.
You are lucky to have such a great wife♡
I would like to thank all of you for participating in the kimchi making competition. And I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the sponsors and volunteers who helped make this kimchi competition go well. I look forward to the next kimchi making contest.

I've found so many tips in this video that I've watched it several times and even made notes after copying your recipe! I know that when I follow your instructions, the noodles will be wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing! ❤💛💙
Thank you! I am happy to hear that you were able to learn something and that you are experimenting with more recipes. I hope that you will try more Korean recipes since many are so healthy!
