This palette to me has the vibe of being made to be perfect for people that like to wear neutrals to their jobs and don't want to complicate themselves with putting much thought or work to it. Not for me, but I appreciate the ease of it. "office appropriate" is the perfect description for it
That incocsistency in flow annnoys me to no end in liquid liners. I'm not a brow pen girl but I'm very much a liner girl and pen liners do the same. That's the main reason why I prefer a gel or inkwell liners. And I actually like flexibility in my liner brushes. I find that stiff brushes don't give me much flexibility to manouver. I get the feeling if you wanted a liner you may like the kaja one. I know it is a pen but it has a good flow and stiff tip, and it comes with the wing stamp which I think is neat
I didn't think to use the darkest cool brown in my pan that palette in my brows until recently and I started using it consistently just recently that I used up my brow powder. It is slightly too warm as well but not enough to stop me. I've been working the shades I don't love as much on the lid as lower lashline shades. I actually managed pan in the purple that way.
yeah i was actually thinking last night maybe i should try mixing the brown with a bit of the black to get a deeper and cooler brow tone! and i definitely need to start doing different shades on the lower lashline- that is probably the best way to get use out of the ones i struggle with!
I have a weird suggestion for the wet and wild palette... what if you used the bronze shade as a liner on your lower lash line? It may be old school to have a pop of color there but it also could be a nice switch up!
Progress is progress! 🩷✨ I love the idea of planning a look around each shade in the smashbox palette. Maybe you could also try to use both palettes together, I bet the smashbox shimmers would look amazing as topper shades. ☺️ Those golds look so similar, they remind me of the urban decay you’ve got the look palette, and yes, I also struggle with that one 🫣😅
thank youuu! i don't know why i never think to use two palettes together- that's the whole point of the "better together" theme 🤣 definitely going to try incorporating these as toppers too!
Rotating blushes is an underrated project, I started to unintentionally do blush and highlighter rotations with my single blushes with my palette rotation and picking one or two blushes for the two weeks has been so fun
Whirl is such a pretty shade, hoppe you can finish the lip products this year. I have mac lipsticks, they do go a long way. Never tried to pan one, but I imagine it would be really hard
I am sooo happy you are getting lots of love and use out of your necklace! It looks stunning on you 😍 I am also focusing on my Rare Beauty foundation and Maybelline lifter gloss!
I love palette bingos! They feel like playtime. 😅 I must admit I’m a bit surprised that you went with six colors. Since you have five palettes, I assumed you would just pick one shade from each palette. Interesting choice (although you did cover up that green 😜).
