I love how we actually see the physical manifestation of all his BS and lies. He went from building a shop, which MUST contain a studio, loading dock, forklift, and a large warehouse area to store the thousands of poop chutes he was going to sell. Then he scrapped that and decided he would lease a shop, but it needed to be BIG, because of all the poop chutes, small engine repair, and likely 4-5 full time crews in addition to the studio.
