Agree - ended up returning our first seat as we thought the headrest was jammed. More by luck than judgment we have been able to find out how to move the headrest on the replacement seat - it is much trickier than shown on the video.

I have been having issues with this as the instructions are not clear however I have just worked out how to adjust headrest back down so thought it would be helpful to post! Basically you need to pull the lever towards you until it sort of unlocks then you can push down, previously I was just pushing down whilst holding the lever which doesn’t work! Maxi Cosi you need to improve your instructions and the video to make it clearer!

I had a great experience with MaxiCosi Rodifix. I searched this video to verify if I was doing something wrong when reinstalling the backrest cover of my Kore Pro. I guess that what I did wrong was buying this seats. They keep falling off I have to reinstall them 2 or 3 times per week. Do not buy Kore Pro, it is a constant nuisance.

I'm confused. Is it really the case that the seat belt is supposed to bite the baby's thighs? That the lock is so low, and five points are useless? I thought I just don't understand how to tune this.😑
Hi, the 5-point safety harness distributes the forces of an impact best over the strong bones of the child and into the seat. Additionally, it allows perfect adjustment of the child and keeps him secured in the safest position in the seat. Hi, great to hear from you. When the car seat straps are tightened, you can also easily loosen them again! You can do this by opening the buckle system and then pulling on the straps that go over your child, so that the lower tightening piece retracts. my daughter has just come home with her newborn in the maxi cosi pebble 360 pro car seat and the headrest will not go up and down so the baby is in the wrong position. can anyone advise
Yes you’re right I just recently bought one too and it’s difficult to adjust headrest down. It’s very tricky you need to push back and down at the same time may need several try’s to get it moving.
What a load of bollocks. Barely any 360 pro bases I have seen in the shop, and my own, rotate nowere near that easily, and pull-out slide is awful constantly catching. All those features are useful for are if you only want to jostle the baby out of sleep. The chinese factory making these is lazy and sloppy. DO NOT BUY, if you are buying this slop, make the shop take it out of the box and make them demonstrate the sliding and rotating functiong so that it doesn`t jostle and catch everywhre.

You made a tutorial with it and the guy had to carry it by holding the belts. And you still didn’t notice that it is missing a handle? Get some proper designers and engineers who have Babies or kids themselves and can TEST it. Building something only at the desk ends in such miserable products…

@@maxicosi This video is super old and for an older model I guess. For the newer models this video is actually quite misleading. The release to adjust the angle for our model is at the top end of the bassinet.
