yo dude, this was literally what i wanna do when i get my first car, if i get it i want to do the same thing, watching your tutorial vids should help me, you earned a sub
damn I dont have a car yet got licence tho but getting e46 with ls is my like dream build mby in future one day its kinda harder in EU with builds but i might get into drifting too so that would justify it
Hey TRK thanks for this video. I have watched your whole series (some vids more than once) as I have a 330ci I’m LS swapping myself. I got an m3 diff with the car. Would you be able to tell me all the parts you needed to complete the rear end swap? Also what did you do for the driveshaft? Thanks for the help.
I think technically all you need is the rear subframe. Not sure if 330 axle will fit m3 diff tho. As of driveshaft I ordered one online for like $600 I believe
Hey bro im doing a LS swap to but im stuck in the wiring part. i got the ls harness done im just trying to figure out the BMW wiring i cant find anything online that explains which wires i need to removed and which one to keep to joint them with the ls harness
You technically don't need any wires from e46. Run gm ecu, make your own fuse box for injectors, coil wires, necessary sensors. 3 or 4 relay to power fuel pump, main power to gm ecu and electric fan. Maybe A/C if you want. To make your e46 talk to gm ecu, you need canbus converter that you can buy from a guy on Facebook. He builds them as you order. Just Google e46 to ls converter, Facebook link should come up.
Oh okay so basically all i need is the wires from the e46 ignition and for my dash to work But what about the fan wire bro im trying to use bmw fan how would i power that on ?
I have stock fuel tank with bigger fuel pump. Stock fuel lines, supply and return going to stock c5 corvette fuel filter/regulator. From filter, 6 AN line to ls6 rail
I am in Cali, slowly making process on my 330ci. LS would be a dream, but not until I have my own garage.Cant wait to see your progress! @@thatrussiankid5579
@@thatrussiankid5579 what tape you used? I think there’s one that you apply it, and when you remove it, it leaves a clean cut. I think many people that wrap cars use it.
