the only way ive been able to get the envelopes to feed is by putting the bottom half of the pile the opposite direction so the pile is level. But i can't get rid of the flap tearing.

no It wasn't, that is a offline prints using a laminator with gold paper and later printed on a Ricoh Printer.

Probably used something like a Kurz DM liner to print the foil and then ran the black as a second pass through the Ricoh.

@@X-101 That doesn't make sense. This was gold printing, not white on a gold sheet. You can see the gold looks raised.

@@kdw75 My work place was going to buy one of these and we had it demo'd so i know how it works, the only colours this printer has is CMYK + the optional white. To get this effect on this printer you print white on gold substrate
