I work for 8 years in apparel group but the company is superb but the management of Oman is not good. Because one guy his name is Amar Khasim he come to store and he check petty cash with out informing store manager and he took 26 riyal from petty cash and he blame for store manager 😂and he send after that he send area manager to check once again to check petty cash then after he inform area manager to make incident report and send it to office and in office he is the one who ask question to store manager about petty cash shortage and he only terminate for them 😂😂no use of keeping HR in office .. is this is the SOP of company??? First of all he don’t know what is SOP and he is giving training to staff 😅😅I don’t know why the company is keeping like this type of employee before he got terminated also, he is taking iPhone from expats to give company visa.
