The cut you gave her is amazing and her hair looks absolutely gorgeous at the end. I do find it very hard to believe though when she said working outdoors has made her hair go that colour naturally. It looks artificially coloured to me.
Interesting. The only thing that was puzzling is that they kept the hair always almost hiding the sides of her face through out the whole video. It seemed there was no hair on the back and that the hair stylist brought all the hair to sit in the front. Not easy to see the cut outcome when you do that because no one walks around with hair off your back. Another thing is how many layers were there? Would be the case that you could not tie your hair due to too many pieces? The video could have been a few minutes longer and not ended abruptly. Thank you
It is your opinion. However, it would be valid if the brand was not around for at least 10 years with no issues until it was sold to the new owner. Everyone knows what happenns in cases like this. Seldom the quality is kept. Deva damaged my hair back in 2010... waaaay before the debacle.. and I used it just for a month.
Over 500K people experienced that issue when the parent company Henkel purchased Deva in 2019 and most likely lied and adulterated some ingredients to save money, independent chemists have broken it down and come to the same conclusion. Even Wen by Chaz Dean had the same issue in the 90's. People need to keep in mind that one persons regimen won't work for all, especially with plant based products that can cause allergic reactions which happen more frequently now that most salon brand products are using plant based as an industry standard. Ive done hair for 33 years and have had major issues handling plant based products for the last 5 years causing welts on my scalp and body from just applying product to clients.
The curly girl gave me alergies, damaged my scalp and hair to the point my hair went from 3a/3b to 2b/2c/3a. I was not using Deva. I went back to sulfates/silicones and spent a ton of money to correct things.
