Just one point of clarification: Wat Misaka was of Japanese descent, but was an American--born in Utah. He was playing college ball while most Japanese Americans (also American citizens) were imprisoned in internment camps.
@@DM-bn6bf 2 in draft top 10 in 2023, 3 in top 20 in 2024?, 1 in top 20 in 2025?... the 2025 draft is still far away, and we discover prospects every day, dude...
I’m gonna go with Maya Moore has she not retired when she did at the peak of her career she probably would have six championships. At least her college résumé reads like a Who’s Who in women’s basketball. She’s definitely in the conversation.
Lol at Rony Seikaly, the guy who always looked like you could smell him before you ever see him, being counted as an Asian player. Arabs and Persians are not and have never been Asian and they don't ever want to be lol
European league systems lead to better player development. Only a few small countries in Europe care about basketball and hockey but they have a massively disproportionate presence in the NBA and NHL. If Europeans cared about baseball and football you would see the same thing there.
Great player, gonna accomplish a lot as a player, probably he will win a ring when his leadership fully matures with at least another amazing player as a partner... but the comparison with Jordan is still too much. He's just starting
here to say Luka and Kyrie ran over Ant and that team... i like Ant and think he will definitely be a superstar that'll win multiple chips but i think he either needs another year or two with the squad he has or he could win next season if Minnesota gets him a superstar veteran, maybe LeBron since he's a free agent now lol
The Kyrie situation should seem fairly simple to understand. He had chemistry with LeBron. He has chemistry with Luca. It's pretty much that simple. Regardless of your level of skill, if you're not in an environment that brings out the best in you, you can't find significant success.
Final chance at what? He’s already got a ring and is the undisputed most skilled player ever. He’ll most likely get into the HOF aswell. He’s achieved more than most professionals of the sport
@@abrahamyoung4649 not the same thing. Without Kyrie LeBron would not have that Cleveland ring. Kyrie made that clutch shot over Curry. Warriors still won after KD. They needed KD to stop LeBron from repeating but not in general. KD was a luxury acquisition everyone knows this. You clearly don’t know ball. Kyrie isn’t scrutinised like KD because he has an authentic ring that’s worth 3x more than the 2 cheap ones KD has
