Wonderful video! The footage of the water, sunset, and sunrise was quite breathtaking. And that giant tent afforded space for a tenting chronicles outdoor kitchen! It was nice seeing Zara get acclimated to this new adventure. Thanks for the commentary, too. I always enjoy that on both channels as it enhances what the viewer sees. 👏🏻
Love Zara! She is going to be a great camping buddy eventually when she learns the routine. I like that tent. Who is made by Cabelas Alaknak? Is there a way you get credit for me purchasing it? I really like the size and everything. You and Zara are having a family good time.
The 02 sensor on my honda won't be here until Wednesday. This weekend, I'm stuck at home watching football and utube. Both are so boring I'm sorry I couldn't watch much of your video. Cuz I can only watch so many boring ride for a couple minutes than set up camp, eat, and pack up videos.
Hi Wayne! Can you tell me what protein you used in your stew? Also, do you use just water or do you add a broth or something to add flavor? Thanks for the peaceful video!
I put pork cubes in the stew. They were marinade in a herb and garlic sauce which added to the flavor of the gravy. I just used water and a pack of peppercorn gravy mix to thick things up. It was a very flavorful stew!
Yes, rained throughout the whole part of the province for a little better than 4 weeks. And yes, the tent was soaked! All the water on it added about 4-5 lbs of weight when I was packing it up. I had it laid out for a week to make sure it was completely dry.
I needed some ASMR today so your timing was perfect! And I love that you prepared those canned potatoes - aren’t they so tasty?! Hope you are well, Wayne!
Thanks Tom! No, not overly concerned with bears. They are here, although a person doesn't see them that often. They are pretty skittish. I pack the usual stuff, bear spray and a air horn.
Do you like fishing? I’d be casting a line in that brook lol. Not sure if you have speckled trout in your neck of the woods like here in the maritimes.
