Always thought Chris was a strange choice for AC/DC and kinda just wrote him off - then discovered he was the drummer on Manfred Mann’s Earth Band’s sublime Springsteen cover Blinded by the Light - and just like that all is forgiven because that tune was the soundtrack of my youth
Sony nutter is the most charismatic racer the sport has ever seen What a great guy Always has time for his fans Just a nice guy all around Thanks for the memories
I worked for Gene Woods at his track in Victorville Speedway USA, great guy to work for told me a lot of great racing stories. Hung around with Rick Woods at his place in Havasu where he had a boat recovery business, votes that sunk in the late Lake and River. Another good guy to hang around. Both were fast in the dirt.R.I.P RICK

The man does well playing with a band, and can hold a steady beat. He's done more than I ever will with his drumming, and I respect that... with that said, he can't solo any better than I can. That was hard to watch!
Look every musician has there own style and ability.I've seen unbelievable street performers play music and most were self taught.I think it's all about timing,if you go back thru rock history most musos will tell you they were at the right place at the right time..I couldn't see Dave Weckl playing for ACDC,not saying that he couldn't it's just a different style of music. If most musicians had the opportunity to play with a famous band they'd sieze the opportunity.Goodluck to him.
