0 STARS. This is the most despicable rental company I have ever worked with my life. Never ever use them. Save yourself. Barb Hendrix won't even try to apologize for all of the torment she and the owner of my unit have caused me. Her role as a "client success specialist" is the biggest joke I have ever experienced. Tony in sales lies to calm me down - says he will help me. Then I never hear from him again. He asked me to take down my negative reviews too which laughable. My shower was 30 years old, broken, needed an entire new one. My oven was 30 years old, glass exploded, took MONTHS to fix. My dryer was 30 years old, ruined hundreds of dollars of clothing of mine. Nobody care or tried to make things right. Now, my washing machine, 30 years old, broken and leaking. I am now without a washing machine for 2 weeks. I PAY TONS OF RENT $ FOR WORKING APPLIANCES WITH MY RENT AND INSTEAD GET BROKEN APPLIANCES AND WEEKS OF NOTHING TO USE. This company doesn't care anything about their tenants. It's a joke. Do not live anywhere that they rent.

Boo who,things have been so far unbalanced in favor of landlords for way to long! So" if " this bill tips the balance a little past what " you " think is fair then to bad! About damn time the law makers did something to protect tenants from unfair treatment & fees in this state! And for the record, I'm a senior & have lived,(& rented) in more then a few states over the coarse of my life. One thing I've seen over &over again is that when a landlord is fair & willing to work with his tenants he'll end up with more "long term" renters that are happy to pay on time,as while as take better care of the property & cause less problems,both with the other tenants & the landlord. I think most tenants understand that paying rent on time is one of the ways to help keep it affordable for both sides.There will always be a few that try to take advantage,(& they make just as bad,or worse neighbors!),but most prefer to live in harmony & do what's right,(including paying on time!). The more that a landlord is acting fair & humane with tenants,the more they are seen as a "real" person worthy of respect& that is what can turn a bunch of strangers living in the same building into a community where they all watch out for each other,as well the landlord . Happy tenants = less turnovers,less cost for repairs as well as less headaches for all. Thanks R.
This hardly seems fair to the homeowners. We have to pay our mortgage, and once the tenants become aware of this law they will pay on the last day possible. Let us know how we can help?
