I think he's saying a lot of what ifs such as ", my life would've been fixed although all I did is look at a gym and not do anything else". That being said although he might not have done any of those things the isolation many people like him and even me to a lesser extent was damaging to my mental health as I was newly alone when isolation hit. But he's blaming a lot of problems on one thing that made it worse but didn't create them
I think Ian has always had a mental illness, but that it remained dormant until he got older and experienced hardships and stress that pushed him over the edge. I also suspect that he's using methamphetamine or some other sort of stimulant. Stimulant use can cause symptoms that Ian appears to have- very low weight, involuntary facial movements, unending ranting, sleep deprivation, delusions, and psychosis.
He definitely is strange and needs to seek healthy outlets to benefit his own well-being. I don't think it's too strange to suggest that you need an explicit mother and father figure to properly raise children. Much of what he says (in clips you cited) is rational, disregarding the insane hate-filled ramblings. Never heard of this guy till now, I just think it's important to consider the good alongside the bad.

Yea there's a lot of older Canadian men that feel this way. My father in law is one of them. Almost like changing your countries demographics to 60%+ foreign born makes the people who've been there the whole time frustrated. Canadian gov must be glad they stole everyone's guns.
Was in the Vancouver airport not long ago. I felt secondhand embarrassment from being surrounded by loud and stinky people constantly. It's great that Canada insists on restricting human rights while taking in immigrants that refuse to incorporate themselves into Western society. Just an observation; I am not racist and do not have nationalist tendencies. I just know what I see when it doesn't integrate with where I live.

accessible therapy and regular journaling/hobbies would do wonders for everyone of every level of need. especially for people with such deep-rooted ignorance and hate towards others.

This game really is special. The total lack of handholding makes discovering uses for your items so much more rewarding. The haptic feedback is so fine-tuned, this is the first game where I felt like the haptics actually contributed to my experience, rather than just being a novelty. A perfect marriage between Halo 2 and Halo 3.
