Best guess for how strong Blast is now from what he was back then during his battle with Elder Centipede, was probably because Blast, like his other companions, was under God’s control. However, they somehow in some way managed to break free and still maintain the powers granted to them by God. At least, that’s the theory.
Nah blast was able to defeat empty void in the past 15 yrs who was having the advantage in the battle but blast managed to win And blast fought centipede 2 yrs ago but it was intervened due to god so centipede has the chance to got away but we don’t have much info related to this topic but blast was much stronger considering he defeated empty void in the past so centipede won’t be a big problem
@@Raseena-b2x That's pretty accurate. Although, I think we would also have to take in consideration when Blast was critically injured from his battle against Elder Centipede... But then again, We aren't sure if God got involved with dealing a few lethal blows to Blast. From what I read of the Manga, During when Genos was at a meeting with Sitch, Flashy Flash, Sekingar, and Amai Mask, Sitch explained that while Blast fought Elder Centipede 2 years ago, he met God. Then in the panel after, we see Blast critically injured back with Sitch in the Hero Association. This is all speculation so I'm not entirely certain if Blast was put in this injured state by Elder Centipede or God. Again, not too sure of it.

@@BrandonLeonard-v6f no the damage was visible when god was disappeared but it still unsure where did he get damage from either centipede or the god Also it said that blast refused the transaction of power when god offered him so blast power maybe not related to god
Well, if that's true, since Blast's team members have pretty much the same abilities as him, there could be 2 possibilities: 1: They were all puppets of God in the past. 2: Blast managed to give them some of his powers to make them able to fight against God.
If people don’t understand the first time when he was on the moon he was blast by Boros but saitama didn’t take Boros so seriously and end up in the end killing Boros easily like it was just another fight that’s all. But the second time saitama was on the moon he was was on jupiters moon cause he was fighting garou but saitama was so serious cause Garou killed genos, saitama friend this time so saitama was using more of his strength against Garou but the power so strong for earth that the S class blast had to come and teleport saitama and Garou to Jupiters moon but in the end saitama defeated Garou.
