Im so sorry it took me so long to answer. For the clouds, I used Bezier curves in the following way: 1- Add new > Curve > Bezier. 2 - In the curve menu at the right, in Bevel section, turn up the Depht to your liking 3 - click on a vertex of the curve and press "E" to make new vertex points 4 - To change the thickness on a vertex point, select one and press Alt + S, then you can move your mouse to change it 5 - For the shading I used my standard Cell Shader with the clouds color :) The little curly parts I made out of curves using the same process but chosed "object" as the bevel of the curve and then setted the object as a triangular curve made out of a circle (Add new > Curve > Circle) then I could manipulate the vertex of the circles to create the triangular shape. Thank you! unfortunately I didn't record that part, but I left the avatar Recipe code at the end of the video (for pc, don't know if works on another platforms). I also left the two sheets containing all numeric values for the face/body customization, so if you follow the sheets you should be able to recreate exactly my Heihachi. Thanks again :D
