Checks a lot of boxes, glad you mentioned the motor 7.3 gas, but way too much white for this mans taste. Love the lower profile, but dam just can't get past all the white interior. All my past RVs were real wood, I get this Euro, but that's why were here, not Europe. Overall a 8 out of 10.
I like the new window, decor, and more lightweight material. The point Tiffin must improve is the electrical parts. Battery should be 2 x 270ah, or even a full Victron 660ah , or eve. Better 3 x 330ah=990ah. The issue is also the roof size limited by the extension bunk bed. It is better to have a flat roof to put 400w or more panels, and having a sofa bed that you can deploy for an extra person and a moveable table. You already have a sofa in the back to watch tv, you don’t need another one in front. It is better to put a seat that can extend to bed with a table that can be used by the two driver seat as well. Also put 3000w inverter , a truma aventa eco A/C with soft start and 2 x mppt controller for the roof panels 400w and one 400w external panel. With the dual alternator i would remove the generator to increase the carrying capacity to install the bigger battery, inverter and panels. Without the bunk bed , it would also increase the occc.
This would make the top of my list if the rear storage door is at least 30 inches wide and preferably 34 inches so my toys can fit inside. I’ve switched from bikes to trikes and it would be best to roll it inside, or else fold it and put it in.
Still too large and uses too much fuel. No storage down below either. The actual European Class A motorhomes are much smaller and better. They all have rear "garage" storage as well.
the Euro has a huge pass thru storage in the rear under the bedroom, and plenty of exterior storage compartments on the driver side. I've filmed it and can be seen towards the end of this video. Thanks for your comment.
@@WhereRVGoingI did notice the extra storage on this model. Still too big and uses too much fuel. These need to get under 24 ft and go on the Ford AWD chassis. The US RV industry is so far behind what the Europeans are doing.
Funny, I like all but the adventure bar. The lower surface is too high for comfortable keyboarding. I would rather have a bench that deploys to a kid size bed with storage drawers underneath.
Hershey is a killer venue for this kind of show. Really nice people and lots of homes to rent if you do that. One of my Dad’s sisters was married to a GE engineer who installed huge Dam power generation systems and was on the road his whole career. He and Dad’s sister bought a mid sized Airstream and travelled for three years before he died. She spent her 20 declining years in a trailer park in 29Palms. No thank you.
I saw this unit in person . If you pull out the bottom drawer of the kitchen sink you will first see then CHEAP plumbing using crimps instead of Pex plumbing. And also youncan see the ground from inside the van from where they have the plumbing hoses! No insulation! Nothing! Your pipes will freeze and BURST. Not too mention bugs and mice can get in that hole!
This rig is really on point. I’m hearing good stuff about the Gree AC. And the adventure bar should work well for me to work out of the Van. At first I was thinking that the elevator bed might not be my thing, but then I found out that canyon adventure vans makes housing for the rear area that provide seating, an office area, more storage. So my brain got to thinking, I could put a microwave back there. Or maybe some L-track in the back for some cabinets on one side if I never raise the bed up.
Can you pls invest in educating your camera person on how to film a RV tour? Why am I looking at YOU? 25% of the video, and I still haven't seen an interior layout? What does the kitchen, restroom and sleeping area look like? Waste of time for serious buyers, like us.
I like it, as I like the Revel, but interior is too tight for me. It would be awesome if a manufacturer, besides a custom builder, would use this platform and offer much of the same, but removes the bathroom and replaces it with bench seating, maybe extend the bed to a true 80" north to south.
Keystone is a $1.5 billion company that's owned by Thor, a $10 billion company. How about they just give them a million dollars. Using customers to subsidize the illusion of "charity" is absolutely ridiculous.
I had a bad experience with Tiffin I bought a Class B from La Mesa and they were horrible to repair or fix my issues. I would never buy from them again… Buy from another brand… They dont respect or help you after you buy.
What was wrong with your rig? Was La Mesa the problem or did you get poor service from Red Bay? I’m super interested in this rig, but it’s taking me so long to get the money to do this that I can’t risk a mistake. I won’t have the money for a do over.
I was fortunate to just pick up my new 2023 GH1 this past weekend. Great video presentation on the updated 2025 version. I really like the external water fill that is not on the 23’ version.
Dude.. vvhy mercedes?? They stole merican camper designs (most of em) and y'all didnt bother with *overprice* tag plus ZERO TAX for them to put their brand on america continent ?? 🤣
It’s amazing how far this platform from the original Revel has come in just seven years. It’s obvious this team really put a lot of thought into it. The walnut wood looks great.
You know you’ve watched too many airstream videos when you recognize Patrick in the background long before you spotted him! Great tour, thank you. Quick question is the Hershey price a special sale for a made to order unit or to basically take it off the lot once the show is done?
Can you do a review of the modern buggy 12lrk? I think they said it’s at the dometic tent. Two birds one stone type review on the fridge and a teardrop
Great tour - thanks. If you can review the new 2025 Entegra Esteem class C’s that would be awesome. Not much out on them yet. Keep up the great content !
Thank you very much for your lovely comment, I'll try to get the Entegra into my schedule, please subscribe to the channel so you can follow up on my new videos from the show... 😉
Good tours, thank you! Just one suggestion if you do others, including the length of the rig would be helpful. That's especially important to those of us looking for smaller rigs. Enjoy the show!
I think it's amazing that a RV manufacturer has come out with a military edition Rv in fifth wheel and travel trailer on their whole lineup of Cougars. Plus they have partnered with Wounded Warrior an for every Hero Edition Cougar that's sold they will send Wounded Warrior 1000.00 dollars that's great!
Buyer beware with Keystone. Our unit just turned two years old. Panels under the roof material have broken free from the rafters. We were told that the whole roof needs to be replaced due to incorrect installation. Keystone is refusing to stand behind its own warranty and repair the roof.
Keystone is a great company, and they have great customer service & support... I'm not sure what the issue is with the above complaint , doesn't sound like Keystone to me
