108 views and zero comments in one year, that tells me volumes of information both about you and about the world. About you, you are not in the field of making money by all means and irreverent who suffers, so the subjects you are interested in are above and beyond greed. Rara avis. About the audience, they don't care about being smarter, learning anything that would take them there, putting any intellectual effort into building up themselves. Reason for which all channels about getting rich quick, Forex trading, crypto currencies or flipping houses have millions of views thou somehow I doubt their viewers manage to actually make any money from their advice. It also tells me you suck at marketing your own channel or you don't actually care to reach more people (same here, my channel is not about reaching more people).

Your analogy of spending 3 hours a day that makes it 1 year per 10 years was actually mind blowing and made me realize more how much time I waste. That hit me. I like that you also brought up about clearing up your desk and having it on eye level. Thanks for the reminders.

I love videos on RU-vid that have 35 views but the best advice. Talking about decisions, have you ever looked into advanced decision making? Pretty much the same concept. It would be like no matter how I feel at 4am I am getting up.Or Between 2-3pm I am doing nothing but making content. It takes what you've said and cements it in rather than pencil it in. And another one is delayed gratification. The most basic version of this is parents telling kids they can't watch TV until all their homework is completed. Then they can enjoy TV with out having to worry about homework. But it's even more powerful when we set these things up for ourselves. Some people take it a step further, and do the thing they don't want to do first. It's called eating the frog. Sure you know all of this though. It's our decision making that determines our path, and we have to be very intentional about these things. This video gee'd me up to much first thing on a Friday morning. Keep making good ones!

I also made just one decision and everything changed for me. I destroyed my Moral code with my own hands and let go most of my Moral reasoning. Now I feel very relaxed and calm cause I don't give a damn about world anymore. 😅 Modern society isn't worth dying for.

I've been wanting to schedule and track my days for quite a long time, but lately most days i feel a pressing guilt for spending my time recklessly and not doing enough or anything to enrich myself and others. I see social media kind of like junk food that is insanely bad for you- you can eat some every once in awhile and itll never be good for you, but it wont kill or maim you either. Using a printed spreadsheet is a good idea, most people, myself included turn to phones or tablets for note taking and reminders and schedules anymore, but i often leave my phone in other rooms for hours or on do not disturb for weeks at a time and then i end up having to remember to physically check those apps, which doesnt happen. This is my first and only video I've watched of yours so far, but I've been going through a similar self improvement journey for the past few years, but have been giving back in to short form media usage and consuming huge chunks of time scrolling mindless content as a distraction from all of the stress that I've been under lately, when instead i should really be using this as a time to practice handling stress and uncertainty with grace and confidence. Finding such a small channel (for now) from someone who uses such a high level of self driven thought and introspection and clear understanding of working towards flourishing was exactly what i needed to remind me that we are all people and we can all reach our goals, it's hard and its worth it. I just need to kick myself in the ass and get it done piece by piece like I was doing before. That got long, but anyway you've more than earned a like and sub 😊
