Hakka cuisine is not influenced by Indian spices. However, the owner of Alma Anna Chen is originally from Kolkata, India, where the prominent Chinese community consists of mainly Hakka people, therefore her authoritative use of Indian spices in her food.
Well I think if you compare them to modern bikes with modern shock absorbers, they feel mechanical, it’s not as confidence inspiring, however, in this type of cruiser, it’s more than one would need to do what it does. Also, it’s got his really cool vibe to them, overall, I love it!

I deal with Diana's a lot...well, my boss does and I, or my other chef, handles the product. I shuck maybe 5 boxes of their oysters every Christmas for our special events. We recently handled another small special event that required lobsters and octopus from them. Their Lawrence store is conveniently located for us to drive by and pick up whenever we need. I really should try to find the time to eat there one day.
Hey there, that's quite a bit of oysters you shuck! I've also been to their Lawrence shop and I prefer the one up north, parking and all is a little more convenient to me. The food in both locations are just as good though! Thanks for the comment!
Oy, I was there last year. And it was busy. I think my wife and I waited 20mins for a table, and it was worth it. Such a small spot too. But its a shame of it's location, because that mall is just dead.
They get really busy from time to time, weekend, forget it, unless you'll willing to wait. Near closing, they might have sold out of some hot items so that's not the time to go neither. Middle of the day is the best if it is possible. The mall, yes, what you said! Thanks for the comment!
@therink123 I only went because of some anime festival (Anime Fiesta?) just happened to be going on, so the mall was quite busy. But my wife and I did go there specifically for this restaurant. Amd I also took advantage of the Henckles clearance warehouse that popped up. I wish I brought my camera though.
Its places like this that my wife craves. I think I won't mention it for a while though. Especially because T&T is right there, her other favourite hangout place. She will literally drive 30mins from where we live to First Markham Place just for the food court.
Haha, that's funny! 30 minutes drive in TO is pretty much the normal to get to anywhere really, so it really isn't that bad, I've heard of people who live in Oakville and drive to Brimley area for a meal, sounds like a trip to me. Thanks for the comment!
I think it'll be a long while before I get to try this. I've never been to a Shake Shack, I've only gone to NY and Boston a few times at a couple days each time so the opportunity wasn't there. Plus I rarely go downtown anymore, so I may have to wait for their eventual expansion to Scarborough before I can try them, like Chick-fil-a and Jollybee.
I remember the line for Jolibee out in the west was so crazy we drove all the way in there and just left without trying it. Chick-fil-A was so pretty outrageously long lined so we didn't get it till a year or so afterwards. The Yorkdale location is cool now, like minutes, which is ok. Thanks for the comment!
Your videos are in dire need of transformation. First....you need to speak up and more clearly. Your grammar needs some work. Second...you waste a lot of time. Your viewers do not want to see and hear you standing in line. Just get in there , order and eat. If I wasn't curious about this restaurant, I wouldnt watch you.
I totally concur. I own the 2024 RG CVOST I think it’s on another level the 23 CVO’s and up are just on another level. Harley did a great job of course There are some Shortcomings but that’s with any brand, but the fact of the matter is I don’t even want to ride my 2020 RG CVO Anymore it feels top-heavy to me now.
Yeah right?! It’s feels different than any of the previous year glides. Hard to believe until you actually ride one, then, at least for me, it’s so obvious. Glad to see another rider who appreciates the new glides for what they are! Ride safe and thanks for watching!
I like this place, their atmosphere is top notch, such an elegant dinning space at the east side. Think they have another location or something in the other part of town?! Good stuff! 👍
You’re very welcome! The pastas were not soggy. From what I was told, their pastas are always very fresh and are served that way. They are house made and it certainly tastes that way as well. If you like pastas, give them a try! Thanks again!

@@therink123 that's really good. I worked a food truck during the Grid's burger week years ago, the all you can eat waste sickened me. Meanwhile, I am waiting for the lines to get shorter.
