- most of my videos revolve around general preparedness and Gear. I like to spend a lot of my free time in the outdoors. mostly on our little homestead, hunting and camping .
You were not kidding. I picked up one of mikes holsters for my Glock 19 and it has to be the most comfortable holsters I have ever worn! Im definitely going to pick up a second one for my shield!
Is it worth getting one for a g43? Or would a g26 run well, plus ability to run bigger Glocks? I know, buy both, but I just nabbed a 26 that I’d prefer to carry. But not if there’s a huge diff. Thks.
Two great crops that have a high yield are potatoes/sweet potatoes and also if you like asparagus once you grow them they will come back year after year sometimes for as long as 20 years.
You watch LLOD don’t you ? Lol I have a gamut I just can’t figure out it’s use. The side walls are so short you can’t fit much in the actual main compartment compared to like my eberelstock
I’m impressed. I’ve had a couple T1 holsters and that wide brick feeling made me sideline it. Been using Tenicor for a while but I want a sidecar-style holster. I see the benefits of the shovel shape and was put off by the single clip. Will order mine soon
The only thing preventing me from getting an llod holster is no option for a Surefire or TLR1. Won't use an Olight and I don't think the TLR7 has enough ass for PID.
Hello fellow Michigander. I recently got a vertex gamut 2.0 as well. Nice video. But in my humble opinion there is a lot of redundancy in your load out. Just in my opinion, maybe I’m wrong… but I think trimming some weight would be more beneficial, especially if you are in a situation where u need to trek long distances to get back to your home. Last I weighed mine was at 18.3 pounds with water, weapon and 4 mags. But I think I will still try to trim it down a bit. Don’t take this as me pooping on your video just trying to help. Maybe one day I’ll do a video on my setup.
I have carried with an LLOD for years but recently switched platforms and unfortunately Mike does not support Walther.. anyone know of similar (one piece) holster designs like this? Thanks!
Back when I didn’t have a car, I used to commute 15 miles to work in the winter with a full size folding Dahon bike. There was a train I could catch home in the evening, so I would fold up the bike and take it on the train with me. When there wasn’t snow or ice I used my motorcycle. Now that I have a car I might just keep the bike in the trunk. Could be a handy option for lots of scenarios.
I was on the fence with LLOD or T1C but after looking at price and lead time I went with LLOD. Mine should be here in about 2 weeks and I’m pumped! $120 and a 2-4 week lead time is what sold me. After watching your review I think I made a good decision
This bag stays in my truck at all times. I consider it may get home bag. If something happened to where I would have to hike home, it would probably take me an entire day to get home.
This is an un organized mess with redundant gear that definitely doesn’t qualify as EDC, and it’s lacking enough survival gear to qualify as a get home bag. Overall 2/10.
@@cotyyandell3799 “content creators” reviewing products and throwing random crap into a bag claiming it to be a worthwhile kit misleads people who don’t know better. So I stand by what I posted.
First responder here and I'm looking for one of these LLOD holsters previously made for the Glock 42, unfortunately he doesn't make his holster for that gun anymore... If anyone has one and willing to sell please reply to this comment and I'll get back to ya, thanks!!

I have had one of these for my 19 with TLR-7 for some time now and it’s more comfortable than the T1C holster for my PPS M2, which is a smaller gun than the G19. As Mike says though, if you get one of his holsters for a WML on your weapon, it will end up being more of a friction fit like you experienced with the cheap holster. I’ve tightened it down twice since new and have come to terms with the snugish friction fit. I also have a slightly tilted pelvic, so I needed to add a few pieces of foam to the body side of the holster to bring the bottom of the grip closer to my body, or it prints pretty badly. That issue is more specific to body types like mine. I’m working on correcting the tilt since getting this holster. Other then that, it’s a great holster and will remain my carry holster. Good review.
hey bud. the one clip is designed to keep the holster to be able to move a little when the user is in motion. mike at Llod reviews this holster in real depth. hope this helps your question. take care
As a wrecker driver for a few years in a highly populated area I can tell you small accidents can kill or leave you incapacitated or paralyzed. Looks like you're rural but don't be that guy who can't wear something as small as a seat belt, really shows how much you care about your family in an accident. @@wolfpreparation
Very good edc set up you got in the rig. You should definitely take a look at the decked system for your truck bed with all that gear, definitely would allow for easier access and keeps things out of people's view. Other than that, truck looks great overall, would probably look into some front end protection like a bumper and winch possibly
Nice review brotha. I've been eyeballing these holsters for awhile now. As soon as I can explain to my wife why I have to get another 125$ holster lol shit I just had legacy firearms make a minimalist holster for me which is also great but now I want the extra mag on the same holster. I believe I've had it with extra mag pouches being too top heavy as a separate entity.
i cant wait for mine to come in, the daily routine of unholstering, putting the light on before bed and in the morning taking light off to holster it again will be over finally.
