Sir i have used porn all throughout my teenage years. I never really got invested into no fap, i liked my energy being drained, being conpletely honest. Cause yeah it feels good. I am lucky. Cause i never had a problem building relationships, but i was afraid of sex. I kept my lust pent up. I come from a family that would speak openly about sex, my brother is trans and many sex related concepcts were very second nature to me. I'd never pressure anyone into doing something they wouldn't like. This is a very tangential comment, but the most important thing is what happened when i started being with my girlfriend. She and i both had no sexual experience, but i had become less shameful because of her. I just kinda... stopped watching porn, there was less time and we started preparing for many months to have sex, because i felt it surely was gonna be difficult. And it was, at first she had trouble relaxing and then after some half year later when we started that "journey" , i had realised-"this is embarrasing i had never nutted that quickly", and actually porn helped me with that. It wasn't really that stimulating, the porn i mean, and i really wished it to be her. So i just kinda went through a bit of her photos, which are all very beautiful of course. I dont feel any shame in it now. And we are very happy together, both of us have been through tough shit and we have found sex to be something that brings us closer to eachother. Masturbation is good, pornography has its uses, but as much as this might seem like a contrá to the maker of this video, it really aint, have fun in life but dont let the things in your life that made it fun become vices in bad times. If you are struggling seek help, from someone or from yourself, mr. Swole is in a gym for a reason (to talk to us😂) and maybe that is something you can do that would help you, go to therapy or friends if youre lucky enough to have those. There are always ways you can make your life satisfying. You right man, nofap is pretty stupid,im pretty sure it was made to keep men in a state of low selfesteem, and so was porn, which to be honest pisses the fuck outta me cuz i like men. Porn is also not good, supporting that industry is an ethical problem on its own, and using it can indeed cause shifts in the way people percieve relationship (mostly heterosexual men and women) but lust can also be good. Lust for your partners, or the people you date. As long as you dont set aside their other assets, of course we feel lust for beautiful people, but we also lust for kind people, and smart people. Lust isnt something that allowed our predecessor breeding, because we arent breeding animals, it drove us towards our sexual partners. A person that can exhibit many amazing traits, besides their oh so amazing traits.

You are correct having muscles isn’t all you need because you still have to have a personality etc but when they see you at first they mostly go based off of looks
