I hate trump. But i do think that building is a good investment. When trump passes away they'll probably change the name and values will go up since it will have mass appeal.
Funny the Nashville/Raleigh Markets have potential buyers fighting over 2 story’s- in the desert Cities its people fighting over SINGLE Storys’🎉 Thanks for the update. Ascension might look cool once its done
@@canyonproductions7683 That’s really interesting! Yes, single story homes have always been super popular out here. Even with younger buyers. Thanks for watching! 🙌😊

How is it... Amazing... That i care more about having a fucking ppace to live in than being able to get an abortion? Dude, dont fuck people you dont want to have a kid with, thats easy! The percentage of people that are gonna need an abortion because of rape or medical nessecity is pretty low. Meanwhile, EVERYONE needs a place to live. Dumb. Stupid. Crusted, busted. Disgusted.
Thanks for watching! Lake Mead is “fuller” than it has been, however we are still doing our best to conserve water. Even though the area has expanded, the amount of water use has actually decreased. We don’t believe this area will ever run out of water, we think that regulatory laws will change. Take for example the “use it or lose it” rule for farmers in California that also get their water from Lake Mead. Just one farm can use more water than the whole of Clark county. This is insane. These rules/laws are antiquated and need changing/looking at.

I'd have to wait until I have the money. I'd only pay if I had cash. And then I'd want to compare to Cipriani if that is being built in Las Vegas. I think it is a no brainer. After Brickell Miami is sold out then Cipriani Las Vegas will be next. The way New York City is burning itself to the ground with progressive policies and taxes, the City will probably pay Cipriani to take the residences and then the city can use the hotel for housing illegal immigrants. The New York City bonds will probably be a good seed to finance a new tower in Las Vegas. The City of New York will probably pay a fortune to make Cipriani relocate to Las Vegas. Trump is not the only New York player in town.
Cipriani is a brand, too. Check out Brickell near Miami. And I think their next residence will be Las Vegas because that always follows the restaurant placement.
I'm still waiting for a Las Vegas creator to take a look at Cipriani Brickell in Miami. Residences or hotels follow the restaurants. Las Vegas is due. Also, I don't know if it makes sense for Cipriani to hold onto New York City if a million illegal aliens are housed by the city in those hotels.
@@thethomasgrouplv The home owners and HOA? That’s a lot of water evaporating in the middle of the desert. Conceptually the Lakes is a lovely idea, but given our water shortage issue, the idea hasn’t aged well and has become distasteful.
I follow Chakits Krulsawat because he's a local boy from Hawaii. And the one time I saw him try to pay attention to Trump properties, he got lots of comments from people who don't want Trump's name to be mentioned in any positive way. But Chakits never said anything about Trump. He was just making a video about a unit for sale. It was the same as every other video he ever made about any other property. I think something must have happened that affected his RU-vid business model because that didn't continue the way it looked in his intros when he started adding Trump property content. Chakits never says anything about Donald Trump, so I think there is some kind of RU-vid policy enforcement onto content creators to not say anything about those properties.
Supposing I sell my Vegas Pay domains for a price compared to the MGM and Caesar's hackers' ransom demands, I'd buy multiple units in Trump and let them be used in the program. The small income generated could add up across units and it could partially pay for my primary residence in Reno or Mount Charleston. Or it could pay fees to live in that Queensridge Penthouse. Or I could build off grid in Cold Creek. Also, if the price is depressed because of anxiety the building would be antifa'd then it seems you are getting a good price.
I think you guys should go out to Miami and get into Cipriani, Brickell. Cipriani has a restaurant in Las Vegas and that is typically followed by residential or hotel properties.
Trump doesn’t own the building. I dream of living there and having room service, you can get that right? Dream of crossing the street to Nordstrom and going through the mall to cross over to the Wynn for the buffet 😁👍
He doesn't own it like a landlord owns apartment buildings. He owns it like a property management company and he has the liquidity to keep it up to standards, protecting the investments of the individual owners.
Nice vid but, I would like to see more detailed shots of the house, rooms, and every corner. Fancy slow-mo shots are not enough. All I remembered was only her face and outfit.
what to do when you need to replace a light bulb in the 17ft high living room? L-LV is a gorgeous area, but sadly people haven't wanted to live there yet. The mini-village is a great hangout but not enough visitors come to keep them in business. Anothe problem (as she mentioned) is you must work with the HOA, which there are 2 which incleds 2 payments. Getting things done can be challenging. We owned a home there in 2010 after the crash and sadly had to sell due to job relocation.
