All kind of 50's flavour stuff: doowop, rock-billy, jump blues, swing...

Obviously Bob Luman was Elvis influenced, Ral Donner even more so but they still made great records!

@lucky8274 No doubt Luman copied Elvis but most guys did in the late 50's.

First time I met Luman was at a ball park, Sonny James was there and several others. It was a dedication of the new stadium. Bob was singing the great snow man . When he got finished he run down into the stadium. Myself and a couple of guitar player were standing there and girls was running after Bob, when they seen us they stoped and came over and wanted our picture. Bob was not a happy camper, we did not like him anyway he tried to copy Elvis. A little info from the past.

Johnny Meeks? Surely James Burton, pre-Ricky.

JOHNNY MEEKS. NOT BURTON. Burton was very much with little Eric Hilliard by the time this first aired.......
