I have a similar saw 7 x 12 from MSC Industrial.. The one that 3 or 4 brands use the same casting and put there name on. It uses a 93" x 0.035 x 3/4 wide blade. I put new bearings on it and still couldn't get it to make a straight cut like it did when new..... I tried all the techniques with tilting the bearing assemblies and tensioning the hell out of it. The cut was square in the vise, but running out from top of the cut to the bottom.. I didn't think it would fit, but I got smart and decided to try the same length blade, but 1" wide.. It works like a charm keeping the blade from drifting in the vertical travel. It's stiff as hell installing it, but it fits. The cuts are now perfectly square in all directions. I use coolant, but the wider blade also absorbs more heat. I found this one on Am*z0n with excellent reviews. Imachinist S931812 M42 93" X 1" X .035" x 8/12 TPI . It rips through alum and steel like it wasn't even there. I also sourced out some spacers to spread the guide bearing out on the 1" blade for a better spread from McMaster Carr , 92510A491, Aluminum Unthreaded Spacer 3/4" OD, 1/4" Long, for 3/8" Screw Size. I haven't installed them yet as it works well as is. I hope this helps someone going through the same frustration I went through.. 👍✌
I'm going to paint my 1964 Triumph Spitfire -- British Racing Green in acrylic lacquer. So I saw this video, went on ebay, found 2 Binks model 7 with cups for $85 delivered. They're a tad rough...... I think with this video I get one good 7 and maybe both.

I ran into your site looking for a way to refill an empty Fabreze bottle with my own starch mixture and with air too. A quilting friend had such a reused Fabreze bottle. I have looked all over utube to get directions how to do this. A Fabreze bottle is plastic. How about YOU helping us quilters and put that on your site. I am now a subscriber! Very interesting site.
I wonder if you or Mike would have a look at this Wisconsin/gearbox to see if you might have been from, the title on my channel is ( Finely I have the old Wisconsin back together) , I am not sure youtube will let me put a link to the video on here.
I'm hoping you can help me out. I started to rebuild my 2 ton floor. Jack, when I got called away to respond to a fire. My son thinking he can help me out started to disassemble the jack. He removed the screw that was factory reset without counting either coming out or going in. I am hoping that you can help me out by telling me where you set your factory screw too, that would give me a starting point on where mine should be. I know all the screws in factory settings are probably different for each individual Jack, this is why I am asking from you a starting point from my factory screw.
I have several of those I must have had the last one they ever produced because I had it was green and it had easy spin starting... But it was still a big old cast iron engine like that
Check the carb jetting, timing and ignition. Sounds like it runs on one cylinder. These bikes usually start very easily!! (2 prime kicks, ignition on and start every time when cold. When hot, 1 kick to start (at least on mine)
The owners blessed to have you workin on that bike. Good times... Speakin of good times.... I swear one of your buddies😂 are JJ walker.. That Jive Turkey!
thanks to you i have had the confidence to work on my own bikes bodywork, its not going to be right but it is going to be better than it was. if you are open to it i will send pictures when im done. the engine needs work so the whole bike is in the living room at the moment and while im waiting for money for parts i will be doing bodywork and work you just dont do while the engine is still in and can run, i'm on disability so money for parts is going to take a long ol while. so its a good distraction at least.
If you need anymore Turkeys let me no last we counted there were 28 half are Jake's and Tom's and that's not counting the Hens with Chicks, lol Fenders look really nice RK you sure did a great job 👍🏻👍🏻
