This is from official valofe c9 sea server, it's still up. Otherwise there are a few private servers, classicc9 being the only english pvp focused one with the best balance. There is also a Chinese one but it's difficult to access

Far better yeah. This guy is not a top tier ranger in China but he still wins a lot of people. There is a ranger called winds, I got a few vids about him, he is incredibly good. Ark would be amazed if he saw his gameplay

I quit c9 because pve was just too much Edit: ah I just saw your video on wind. Yea he's really good. I can see he does ark's crouch grab abuse alot. Personally I feel ark's skill level is higher as his style is very confusing for the opponent as he dodges in and out instead of trying to just keep a distance. Wish ark was still playing c9 so they could fight though
i really wanted to see that ele player fight vs an elem player in SEA but i dont see him anymore. he uses both shade and shine elem, best in sea for me
