We splice for Structural Connections of the gusset plates at the levels. View the selection order for the gusset plates by placing your cursor at the gusset plate connection to see the required column / beam at diagonal selection. The 2 steel columns also has welds provided by default.

Is there any other options for combining the path and polygon to kmz file because on my side the only option open is delete only there is no combine into multigeometry option
Surfaces can be obtained by taking ground levels. You need surface data to design a pipeline network. Coodinates will only give you the pipeline layout plan.
